In order to get up and running on the Mortech platform, there is a minimum of 5 loan officers which comes out to about $500 a month. There also is an integration fee depending on the number of LO’s. So for less than half a retail mortgage loan commission you can have monthly service and hopefully increase your loan production and lower your cost per funded loan.
