Contact center software powerhouse Ricochet360 announced today the promotion of Steve Okun to Chief Revenue Officer. In his new role, Steve is responsible for the direction and management of the company’s sales revenue strategies.

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the lead management marketplace. Prior to his new role, Steve served as Ricochet360’s Vice President of Business Development where he excelled in forging strategic marketing & technology partnerships. Prior to joining Ricochet360, he held senior leadership roles at LeadPoint and Commission Junction.
